At The Nature Isle Store, we carefully prepare and fulfill each order. Because we are a small business, many of our products are produced or fulfilled specifically for each order, all sales are final except where a return, refund, replacement, cancellation, or other remedy is required by applicable law.

Please carefully review product descriptions, sizing information, measurements, colors, and other product details before placing your order.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Except where required by applicable law, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

Change of mind
Incorrect size selected by the customer
Incorrect color or style selected by the customer
Ordering the wrong product
Failure to review the size chart or product measurements
Personal preference regarding color, fit, or appearance
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
Delays caused by shipping carriers
Packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer

Please make sure your shipping address and order selections are correct before completing your purchase.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Order number
Description of the issue
Clear photographs of the item
Photographs of the packaging, if applicable

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or another remedy required by applicable law.

Please do not send an item back before contacting us. We will provide return instructions when a return is authorized or legally required.

EUROPEAN UNION CUSTOMERS — RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, subject to applicable law and statutory exceptions.

For goods, the 14-day period generally begins when you or a person designated by you receives the goods.

EXCHANGES

Except where required by applicable law, The Nature Isle Store does not offer exchanges for incorrect sizes, colors, styles, or change-of-mind purchases.
